JESSE ZHANG

- DIRECTOR

As the Director, Jesse has been in the building and construction industry for 10 years. Jesse Zhang’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Construction Management from the University of Sydney. Starting his career as a site supervisor in 2014 then gradually evolves his career path to Project Manger, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager then the Director of Aeon Facades.
Jesse’s expertise façade industry encompasses a broad spectrum ranging from design, installation and fabrication.
In the past 10 years, Jesse has been the leader of many façade design and project management teams to the successful completion of many iconic façade projects.

Alex Xie

-TECHINICAL & PRODUCTION MANAGER (CHINA)

Alex has over 22 years of experiences in façade system design and fabrication. Alex’s extensive experience include collaborating with some of the top-tier façade fabricators in China including Huachang, Guangdong Golden Aluminium and Yibai. Alex leads a team of 4 experienced technicians in China providing materials BOQ, cutting sheets, machining details, assembly drawings and system optimisation advisories.

Aaron Zhang

-HEAD OF DESIGN (Australia)

We offer and excellent design service through our senior designer Aaron Zhang and his team. Aaron runs 2 design teams (One in Australia, One in China) with total of 13 experienced drafters. With his experiences and solid understanding of the construction industry, Aaron is able to translate the most complex architectural challenges by adopting modern digital design techniques to create unique and elegant solutions that others didn’t think possible.

Vivi Gao

-PROCUREMENT AND PRODUCTION MANAGER

Vivi has been working in façade industry for more than 20 years. Throughout her career path, she has developed unbreakable relationships with the major suppliers and fabricators in Australia and China. With Vivi and her team of 3 experienced project coordinators, She is able to make sure the procurement, fabrication and transpiration runs smoothly.
